If your circumstances are likely to change in the immediate future, requiring access to your funds, then this Account may not be suitable. This may be particularly relevant if you are elderly or in ill health, or are investing a large amount. In these circumstances we strongly recommend that you allow us to arrange an appointment for you with a Personal Financial Manager from our subsidiary company Newcastle Financial Services Limited (NFSL).

We recommend individuals who are 80 years or older to speak with an adviser from NFSL in the presence of a close relative prior to opening an Account. To arrange an appointment please call the Newcastle or visit your local branch.

Your Account can be cancelled within 14 calendar days of opening without penalty.

Any funds invested in the account before the Closing Date will earn Early Bird Interest until the Start Tracking Date. This will automatically be credited to the Account on that date. From the Start Tracking Date interest will be calculated as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
